I’m guessing they were Shimmer and Mammoth stealing for Kobra. That artifact was a tell – a conjoined snake… a neat nod to Kobra’s origins in the comics.

Now that Invasion has started, it’ll be a neat little plus to have the comics still in the season one timeline.

And Superman Family looks like something I’ll pick up. Can’t really care for the GL stuff though.

As for your contribution… you can’t tell much on five pages of mostly action, but it looks good. The contrast between the two couples – chatty vs complete silence – was a nice touch. I also like how the cover vignettes come back in the internal artwork.

You’re probably under orders not to spoil, but wouldn’t that happen to be Talia and Ubu under those masks?
